About the Consulting Service
Consulting and creating an initial AI strategy helps companies understand AI and take their first steps. A plan for implementing AI is developed with the company so that it can achieve real, measurable value from implementing AI and data technologies.
The project includes studying and analyzing the company's processes, selecting the most appropriate processes for implementing AI and automation, preparing an adoption plan and technical specifications, and selecting suppliers/vendors.
Timeline and Process
The project lasts an average of 6 weeks and consists of 4 main parts:
