About the GenAI Adoption Process
GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) increases employee efficiency by at least 30%. But only if the company adopts it correctly.
GenAI includes all tools that create text, images, code or sound. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney are GenAI tools.
The project involves technical, organizational and project management of GenAI adoption in the company, taking into account world best practices, and employee training. This includes the full cycle of GenAI adoption - from selecting the right GenAI tools to a results monitoring system.
Timeline and Process
The project can last 1-6 months, with an average of 3 months, and consists of 3 phases:
Phase 1. Study of the organization, key processes and areas of activity; along with them, collection of use cases
Phase 2. Training on GenAI, creation of bots tailored to specific processes/teams, data security
Phase 3. Creation of an AI Excellence Center, creation of an AI Champions program, their training and initial support, training of employees, preparation of prompts and use case databases
